Eligibility criteria for a seller

1. Age no bar (for minors bank a/c of local guardians are acceptable).
2. Has to be a resident of India.
3. Both a business runner and individual artist are eligible to take part.

Account Registration

1. Account details should be real and authentic.
2. Phone number email address and physical address will be verified.

Means of Our Communication

1. We would be communicating via email/ sms/ phone.

Product Listing

1. The seller has to be the original creator or the copyright holder or the retailer (with the proper proofs of bestowal) of the endorsed product.
2. Uploaded image of the product should be a real one.
3. Legal proceedings would be taken in case of any violation of any of the afore mentioned clauses.

Pricing of the Products

1. Price of the product should include the shipping charge

Order Receipt

1. You will receive order via mail/ panel only.
2. Order payment will be collected by us

Order Shipment Procedure

1. The ordered product should get dispatched for the shipment within 3 days through speed courier service.
2. Courier tracking information should be shared with us.

Billing / Invoicing

1. weRbangali would provide invoices against products' sales/ transaction

Payment procedure and ramifications to seller

• Payment will be released after 7 days of product delivery
• No minimum payment threshold
• Payment will be released on every Monday
• net amount of Payment = Selling Price - Marketplace Commission

Refund Clauses

• A product will be subjected to a refund if

1. It is wrong product that has been delivered
2. Delivered product does not match the description/ image shown on website.
3. Delivered product with some physical defect
4. Delivered product is broken
5. Delivered product is unsealed
6. Refunded product amount will be not released to seller's account

Penalties

1. In case of delayed shipment, if the delivery of the product goes past beyond the estimated delivery date for three or more number of days, the seller would be entitled to a penalty amounting to Rs.50 per elapsed day.
2. In case of foul product dispatch, should the buyer feel the need to return the product (s)he must be provided with the shipment charge by the seller.
